Stuffed pepper



Recipe Instructions:

  • Wash the pepper and remove the seeds.
  • Then scald with boiling water.
  • Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion.
  • Put the carrots and onions in a heated AP pan with olive oil.
  • Simmer everything covered for 5 minutes.
  • Then add yogurt, spices and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove from stove and let cool slightly. Wash peppers and remove seeds.
  • Scald the pepper with boiling water.
  • Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion.
  • Heat up a pan with olive oil and add carrots and onions.
  • Simmer everything covered for 5 minutes.
