Stuffed pepper

- Wash the pepper and remove the seeds.
- Then scald with boiling water.
- Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion.
- Put the carrots and onions in a heated AP pan with olive oil.
- Simmer everything covered for 5 minutes.
- Then add yogurt, spices and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from stove and let cool slightly. Wash peppers and remove seeds.
- Scald the pepper with boiling water.
- Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion.
- Heat up a pan with olive oil and add carrots and onions.
