Spinach is low in calories and very high in vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Spinach is an excellent source of protein, phosphorus, vitamin E, zinc, fiber and copper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Defrost spinach according to package directions and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
