Turkey and zucchini cutlets
- Preheat oven to 375°F or heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey fillet, beaten egg and grated zucchini. Mix well until smooth.
- Add salt to taste and add chopped spinach and onion. Mix everything together until well blended.
Denying yourself meat when losing weight is not a good idea, as it contains a lot of useful substances that are so necessary for health.
