Lavash tartlets

Recipe Instructions:

  • Cooking tartlets from pita bread.
  • Lavash cut into equal squares of 12 cm.
  • Shake the egg.
  • Lubricate one square of pita bread with a beaten egg and lay the second one "crosswise" on top. Place pita bread in cupcake molds.
  • Bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 180°, let cool without removing from the mold.
