Cottage cheese buns with dried apricots
- Cottage cheese
- Whole-wheat flour
- Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, and sweetener. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- In a large bowl, add the sifted flour. Pour in the cottage cheese mixture and knead the dough until it comes together and forms a smooth consistency.
- Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a bun of your desired size. Make an indentation in the center of the bun and place a dried apricot inside. Close the dough around the apricot, ensuring it is fully enclosed. Repeat this process for the remaining dough and apricots.
