Processed cheese in a slow cooker
- In a blender, grind the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stovetop.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the smooth cottage cheese, melted butter, egg, baking soda. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour the mixture into the bowl of a multicooker.
- Set the multicooker to the "multi-cook" mode, with a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius (194 degrees Fahrenheit), and a cooking time of 5 minutes. Close the multicooker lid.
