Millet with vegetables
- In a large bowl, soak the millet in water for at least 4 hours. Drain and rinse before using.
- In a pan, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the green beans, green peas, and carrots. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables start to soften.
- Add 200 ml of water to the pan and bring it to a boil.
- Rinse the soaked millet and add it to the pan with the vegetables. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the millet is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
