Chia Pudding Vegan
- Mash the banana with a fork in a mixing bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds to the mashed banana and mix well.
- Pour 1 cup of milk into the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- In another mixing bowl, mix 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1/2 cup of milk.
