Oatmeal with chia

  • In a bowl, mix oatmeal with water. Mix well, cover and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
  • In the morning, transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • After boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and let the oatmeal cook until fully cooked, stirring occasionally. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
