- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the chopped cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes or until it's just tender but still has some bite (al dente).
- Drain the cabbage and transfer it to the greased baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. Add the grated cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix everything together until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
