Salad with avocado and squid



Recipe Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the squid rings to the pan and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the squid is cooked through and tender.
  • Add the chopped green onions to the pan and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft and fragrant.
  • While the squid is stewing, wash and chop the arugula, cucumbers and avocado.
