Baked apple with ricotta
- Preheat your oven to 330 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 170 degrees Celsius).
- Wash the apple thoroughly and then cut it into two equal parts horizontally. Use a sharp knife to carefully remove the core and seeds from the middle of each apple half, creating a hollow space for the filling.
- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Spoon the ricotta mixture into the hollowed-out center of each apple half, distributing it evenly between the two halves.
