Salad with quinoa and broccoli
- Soak quinoa for 3 hours, rinse in running water, cook for 10 minutes.
- Cut the cabbage into florets, rinse and add to the quinoa. Remove from stove and let stand 10 minutes.
- Onion cut into half rings.
