Tongue in lemon sauce
- In a large pan, heat some ghee oil or refined olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion to the pan and sauté for about 3 minutes until they become translucent and slightly caramelized.
- Next, add the boiled tongue beef strips to the pan. Mix well with the onions.
- Sprinkle your preferred spices over the beef and onion mixture. You can use spices like salt, pepper, garlic powder, or any other seasoning of your choice. Stir everything together.
- Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low. Allow the dish to simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
