Ingredients

  • Еgg — 6 pcs
  • Broccoli — 300 g
  • Cauliflower — 300 g
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Garlic

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
  2. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets or bite-sized pieces, removing any tough stems or leaves.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the broccoli and cauliflower pieces and cook for exactly 3 minutes. This will blanch them slightly, making them tender.
  4. Drain the broccoli and cauliflower in a colander and set aside to cool slightly.
  5. In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs with a fork until well combined. Add the salt, black pepper (if desired), and paprika (if desired) to the beaten eggs and mix well.
  6. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking. Place the blanched broccoli and cauliflower in the greased baking dish.
  7. Pour the beaten egg mixture over the broccoli and cauliflower, ensuring that all the pieces are evenly coated.
  8. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked and set.
  9. Once the eggs are done, remove the baking dish from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  10. Serve the baked broccoli and cauliflower with eggs as a side dish or a light meal. It pairs well with a fresh salad or crusty bread.
  11. Enjoy your flavorful and nutritious baked broccoli and cauliflower with eggs!
  12. Note: Feel free to customize this recipe by adding your favorite herbs, spices, or cheese to the egg mixture before pouring it over the vegetables.
