Cabbage fritters

  • Start by shredding the cabbage finely using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer. Set it aside.
  • Finely chop the bell pepper, removing the seeds and stem.
  • In a small bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped bell pepper, and the spice blend. Mix well to evenly distribute the spices.
  • Beat the eggs in a separate bowl until well combined.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. If desired, you can add a small amount of cooking oil to the pan to prevent sticking.
  • Once the pan is hot, add the cabbage and bell pepper mixture. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
