Chia pudding with peach puree
Chia seeds contain three times the potassium of dried fruits and bananas, five times the calcium of dairy products, and twice the plant protein of other healthy seeds and grains.
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt and chia seeds. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
- Add chopped dry fruits.
- Transfer the chia yogurt mixture to a container.
- Gently pour the remaining yogurt over the chia yogurt mixture.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
