- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit).

- In a pan, heat up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes until it is soft and translucent.
- Shape the meat mixture into patties and make a small well in the center of each patty using a small glass.
