Buckwheat with mushrooms and peas
- Rinse the buckwheat and soak it in cold water for 2 hours.
- Peel the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Boil the peas in advance and set them aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over low heat.
- Add the mushrooms and onions and stir well.
