Oatmeal with dried apricots

Use only oatmeal! It's much healthier and more nutritious than instant cereal!

  • The night before, soak 1 cup of oatmeal in water overnight to soften the grain.
  • In the morning, drain any excess water from the soaked oatmeal.
  • Add 2 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add the oatmeal to the pot and stir.
